So.. I'm having my dash replaced tomorrow

1: Service Manager says they're up to revision "F" on the replacement dashes.

2: Also says he's done a few for the indicator issue, with no further complaints once the replacement is done. Mine only did it a couple of times, and not over the last couple of weeks at all, but it's a genuine problem when it does. It's only the right side. If it was the left you could worry about it less, but being the right (throttle) side makes indicating by hand almost impossible.

3: Says the fogging issue is "probably" not resolved with a replacement dash.

4: By a little good luck and a little good management, mine will be replaced with 9995klm on the ODO, so that will at least make the calculations easier in the future.

The whole thing with not being able to reset the ODO shits me.

That is all..

Mine's in there now also. Had the dash replaced for same issue. Following works were done:
- Dash Replaced under warranty
- Front brake rotors replaced under warranty (rusting)
- RHS fairing being replaced under warranty as it was melting.

First two issues were resolved really quickly.

Its taken two weeks though because they've had to send the new fairing away to get colour matched and sprayed to match the rest of the bike as apparently Ducati are having issues getting the white pani's to match as there are a few batches!!!

Had my Dash replaced 2 weeks ago...

No more signal light, horn and trip meter intermitent issues- solved!
No more fogging- solved!

My lower left fairing never melted as, as soon as I heard of the problem (thanks to this forum), i simply put a 5mm spacer inbetween the lower fairing bolt (near foot brake lever) and footpeg bracket. Now my fairing has enough space...no melted plastic.

Word from the dealer is the dash is a $2k replacement. I assume he means their "cost" on a warranty job.

I'm also getting them to plug it in for me when it's there and check for an update.
Also asked them to have a look (listen?) at the popping sounds I get at idle. Bike runs great, no issues, but the intermittent popping at idle seems a bit odd to me.
No doubt it will be considered "normal".

Yeah, I just reached out to my dealer because I have the same symptoms as you guys above. The part that blows is resetting the dang miles back to zero. I can't see why they can't set it back to were you left off at.

Having my second one installed within the next week. (Moisture, fog, condensation, whatever you want to call it. The dealer called me to ask how many miles are on the bike... I would think that's something they would know, because I damn sure don't know the exact mileage is.
