I'm taking a guess that I may end up being disappointed with my SV stand? I also got the 1199 pin kit with it.

I have the T-Rex frame sliders which take away the top pin area, so I may actually have to come up with some sort of solution for my setup.

I was looking for a stand that would lift the whole bike and just couldn't see the Bursig being the cost effective solution... My bad, maybe.

Sv stand is a bigger POS than a Ford.

Guy who sells them in eBay is a scumbag too.

He lied to customer service and they closed my case. So now I have a chargeback filed against him on my credit card. He tries to bully and harass you into 100 emails with directions and he expects you to play along as long as he feels so he doesn't have to take back his shit stand. He things I'm gonna lose $250 on some big meta paperweight he has another thing coming.

Return your stand and tell him I sent ya. Maybe then he will get his shit together.

I bought his stand with plans to use it immediately the day I received it. In no way would it properly lift the bike that day or the day after so I went out and bought another set of pitbull stands rendering this POS unneeded. I told him that- it's not my fault your stand is nonworking garbage- but now I have zero need. It failed at arrival so now I won't be emailing back and forth 40 times to play with the ghetto adjustments on this thing yadda yadda.

Send it back.

Trust us, you won't be happy.

I too was excited at the idea originally, but when it showed up there ZERO chance I was risking my bike on this shaky thing that doesn't even lift the front.

The hole looks fine. I am the same way though. If I did it and I am not happy with it I always look at it. But these guys are right. The hole looks good and I would never of thought you made it to big.

I have one (Bursig) for the 675. Once on the stand, you can walk beside the bike and move it around in the garage/pit, or spin it or whatever with one hand. It rolls easily. On flat, smooth ground I can push the bike and it will roll about 10-15' on the stand.

Yeah, just the weight of the bike and the way it is balanced holds it on there. But it isn't going anywhere. You can sit on the bike, bounce around etc. It is solid.

With that being said, I wont buy another one (or the plates to adapt the stand to any other bikes). It is a cool gadget for getting the bike off the ground quickly for tire warmers. But (at least on the 675) you can't take the Lower off, or change the front sprocket with it on the stand. So I still have to take the Pitbull stands to the track every time.

Since it doesn't completely eliminate the need for other stands, it is basically a waste of money IMO.
Thanks from mark419ny and flobrandx

Mark- Bursig is the good one.

SV on ebay is the knockoff piece of shit. Just spent a half hour on the phone on a sunday with ebay customer service and they fully back this dick selling his garbage SV stand that doesnt lift the bike in the front at rattles and shakes like crazy. Save your pitbull stands SV is junk!

As is most of the bullshit you see on eBay.

I cringe every time I see somebody with those cheap ass Chinese eBay rearsets or levers on their bike.
