ignition stolen out of it!

Purchased a bike a month ago that has had the ignition switch ripped out of it.
Yep the whole lot!

Seems to be a new bike with zero distance on it that was maybe stolen from a shop or something, has full Akra system and just about every DP thing that could fit. Well not everything but rears sets, levers, front guard and hugger, fuel filler.

What do you think I can do about getting it up and running? It will be a track only bike so not too concerned about having an actual key.

You're in possession of what you believe is a stolen motorcycle, and you want help? Are you fucking retarded?

It may well be a completely legal purchase. "Theft recovery". Don't judge too soon.

You can't do anything about it. I misplaced my only key for a day. I initially though it was lost and decided to see what my options were. The only thing that was possible was to take it to a dealer and pay over 3k. They would replace the ignition and dash along with getting new keys/codes. After that phone call I dismantled my home in search of the key which was on my sons nightstand. Now my buddies joke around and say to random people, "Would you like to see what a $3k key looks like?".
Thanks from youngR
