Can see your logic from that I guess, though in over 30 yrs of riding its not something
I have experienced personally, and that includes offroading big adventure bikes.

I've used the track tape and it does look much nicer than any tape. Be careful as it's not as playable as you think and can tear easily. That's was my only complaint with it. It would be better if it was more stretchy.
Yes I noticed the same thing. But if you take your time they line up nicely.

Unfortunately I've had one bike do the cutting out bit on me on corners because of the sensor. One other one would refuse to start every once in awhile because of the sensor also. A kickstand bypass doesn't bother me as I make it a habit to pull the clutch in whenever I start them up.

After I unloaded the truck Sunday from Saturday's trackday, I went ahead and installed the front DP blanking plate. Still need to install the rear one and remove the evap can before the next play date.

Yeah I got to bleed all of them. Picked up the fluid. Now just need a free weekend. Crazy how quickly they get dark. My Anniversario turned dark in less than 100 miles. I've never had this happen with any of my other bikes. Makes me think it's got something to do with the abs system as none of my other bikes had abs.
Thanks from HeronB

I'm just messing. It does happen rapidly. I was thinking along the lines of the heat and cooling cycles it must go through given its location.

Heat is a good possibility. One of the guys had only ridden his Anni 25 miles when we met and it was already turning dark. So it had me figuring that it's either junk brake fluid or the abs is contaminating it somehow.
