1299 Panigale R Final Edition

I have a couple of questions. Does anyone know the price of the 1299 R final edition? Also, is this bike built in limited numbers or is it simply like my 1299S when it comes to production?

Thanks guys. Peace.

In the USA, the MSRP is 40k. It is not a limited production, but they are numbered.

Feel free to wheel and deal on these bikes with the dealers because they won't be hard to get.

Riddle me this. Its called the R model, is this homologation for the races or are they using the R moniker to denote something else? The 15/16R is a race homologation bike, of course.

I thought about this too. What it looks like is that it has the R chassis and suspension - not the base and not the S (electronic suspension) - but you have what is 99% of the 1299SL motor. So it's not the R and not the SL but something in between. But it gets the R designation although I guess it's really the R/FE designation.

well in talking to my dealer today about this. the FE is pretty but a LS without all the carbon n minus one or two items. numbers are numbers and both are very closely match but half the price I am planning to get the FE. Why nut its the last twin and highest producing HP besides the SL. I'll mostly like get the V4 as well but not the first yr at year.

The R/FE does not have the adjustable swing arm pivot that the real R has.

unless ur in the SBK or anything serious. you will not make any adjustments.
set up my suspension to my liking and all has been good at the track. no one else with the 16 R had to change the stock setting which is why they did not add that to the FE R.

Well, after reading the comments, I'm very very interested. I absolutely love my 2015 1299S so it sounds like the final R will be really nice. Glad I asked my questions and really appreciate the responses. Highside49
