Interesting to see an air scoop on the heat shield. The welded pie cuts on the MotoCorse header look gorgeous!

You need to start a safety wiring thread to showoff all that nice detail!
I think a safety wire thread is a great idea! I need to safety wire my bike and would like to see an example.

I bought some additional stick on foil sheet which I put on the underside of the gloss carbon akra heat shield. I did it to try to protect the heatshield itself so the carbon would not get brittle. I did not think it would last but it is still hanging on there. Heatshield is still looking shiny and healthy too.
Thanks from Gecko and Twistedracer

How do you like the shock/linkage in the F flat setting vs. P progressive?

I had the silver on there from where I bought it from. The heat from the loop seem to cook it real good and caused the first layer to peel but the silver weave remained. This thing was pretty baked on there. I only had a chance to ride it a couple time last season but it looked like the heat is just enough to really cool the gold stuff too but it held up. It still looked in good shape but I will no more one I get my bike back from the shop and start ridin again.

It is significantly thinner so you'll just need to take your time when working through the contours.
