@timwu12: it's from Spider Italy
But you have to contact them directly.

@tslsx74: I don't know how practical the STM switches really are, I havent had a chance to ride the bike yet. It's still raining
Look and feel is great. LH are the racing functions, RH street functions. RH can be simply unplugged and removed if not required on the track.
I had to do the wiring myself, connectors and crimping wrench are from BSD, net tubes from HellermannTyton. It takes half a day to do the job properly

@AntiHero: Nope, Ti bars are a bit lighter. They are Grade2. Due to the change of the components attached to it they do not have to be drilled, so maximum stability. And I didn't like the OEM bar's surface.
One problem was that the Ti bars are about a 1/10mm thinner in diameter, so the STM switches did easiely rotate. Had to mill two small plates and put them inside the switch housings to adjust the clamping force.

Hi Gecko,
As the 1199 is my first Italian beauty, what advantages is there in the dry clutch? I love it's aesthetics of the STM unit, but is there more than looks?

Thanks

+/- additional noise
+ look, reduced rotational mass, very easy maintenance
- price, installation procedure is quite time consuming, reduced clutch plate lifetime
