Thank you! I understood you fully

I was checking the forum how can I remove the tank to get more space to add a wiring and found this thread about air filter. I am not going to replace the air filter. I just want to remove the tank.

So, my question was if I want to remove it I need to drain the fuel or not... Got it.. I don't need to do it.

Correct?

Regarding the ceramic coating. I won't do it myself. I am going to go a qualified company and ask them to make it.
