I Ride: 1199S panigale 2014 covered 3k
Panigale 1199 no go

Hi chaps and chapesses

I hoping someone can shed some light on this matter.

I have just returned from a trip to the iom tt with my lovely panigale 1199s 2014 model bike with 3100miles on the clock.

The bike behaved well at speed but low down anything between 3-5k was hard work and required careful use of the clutch, which I assumed would be rectified with a exhaust and remap so was at the top of my to do list.

After parking my bike up post trip started the clean up operation which included installation of new grips of which I disconnected the throttle assembly I also stripped out the the front fairing stay and display to attend to a deep scratch which bracket was repainted properly as it grated on me and whilst there fitted new clutch slave cylinder to help with my girl like hands.

Well to cut a long story short I can't get the bike to start, it turns over fine even treated to a new battery to be sure but will not fire I have a spark at both plugs but no fuel present as plugs are dry not even a cough out of it the fuel pump runs and have fuel pressure at the quick release connector but no fuel at the cylinders .

I have checked and cleaned every fuse and check every connector I could find.

I also have no warning/ fault lights present and another thing noticed I can not change rider mode comes up with close throttle release brakes message but no go.

Has anyone come across this before as I've checked all I can think of.

Regards lee

Guessing injector stuffed or no power to them, any E lock error can you get into the setting menu on the dash?

Re-check the connection to the throttle / RBW - don't think the bike will start if it sees an error there

I have had a problem with my low speed injectors plugging up, it stated with the rear cylinder, they are a pain in the ass to get to. The bike won't even fart on crank over when they are plugged up. No problem with the high speed's they're easy to get to.
I have started using Red Line injector/fuel system cleaner, problem solved.

they have 2 per cylinder, you can see the high speed injectors when you pull the air filter off.
