I would like to see you overlay the 2 graphs both with AFR on them. Hard to compare without all the relevant needed info and the same scaling on the sheet. Try to get that and then I can give you some ideas.

I doubt I can produce them overlapped. I sure wish I could! They look like one was at cruise speed then started while the other started at idle.. I'm waiting to hear from the Area Manager from Ducati and see if they have the dealer run any more tests. All I know is there is a slight hesitation when rolling on the throttle around 5-6k and if I dump the throttle, even in 2nd gear 60-70mph on the freeway,it struggles to make power. Peak power yes.. but before this started it made instant and smooth power at any rpm and was crazy fast at full throttle!!

Still stumped.. I will prob attempt spark plugs and injector cleaner if Ducati says all is fine..
Any special Injector cleaner you all recommend? Im also gonna look at shower Injection while I have the seat off for the spark plugs.. maybe one is clogged or not spraying. This all happened instantly,so it seems it should be easier to spot.

There was a front wheel speed error apparently. The dealer told me it was unrelated. What if the sensor says I'm doing a wheelie and it cuts power and now I'm chasing my tail?? Oh,if only it could be that simple...

So I guess Ducati N.America got involved and the area mgr is emailing with the dealership about my bike. So far basic questions regarding repeatability of hesitation, gearing, tires, and some DDS instructions for the tech. The dealership said they turned off "all the electronics" (I guess DTC,DWC,ABS) and they say it has full power again. Im goin to stop by and ride it tomorrow to confirm. The prob with the notes to the tech from Ducati day " if back to full power, call customer and tell him ready for pick up"????

WTF??

Even IF it's back to full power,HOW is that "warranty repair"?? Send me out w no electronics and call it good?? I'm disturbed by this..

I'm going to ask the tech to "reset all adaptive parameters"( if possible), "reset TPS",and uninstall "up map" then reinstall upmap...

Any other ideas?

So went to test my bike today and nothing changed. They did Ducatis "flow chart" as I was told. DDS scan, cleared front wheel speed sensor error, reset tps sensor, not 100% what else hey did/reset.

They turned off all electronic features, ABS,DTC,DQS,DWC,thinking maybe a sensor/electronic issue.

So still same issue. Feels lean even though dyno doesn't show above 14.7 anywhere. But it has horrible surging below 25% throttle, 25-50% it's strong!! 50%+ in ANY gear it's a slug from 4-8k rpm, then seems strong to redline.

Dealer going to swap whole gas tank with new bike to rule out any fuel pump/filter issue.

If that doesn't work, then going to reinstall non-upmap stock map/settings on ecu.,then reinstall upmap if that seems to help.

Fingers crossed for next week!!

"Removing" and "reinstalling" upmap won't do anything, since you're not really installing anything new. The upmap is already in the ECU, you're just unlocking it.
As for the dyno run, 14.7 on WOT is waaay too lean. I got max power on 13.3, but adjusted the map to 13.0 just to have a small margin for varying pump fuel quality. Still pulled 203 at the wheel (full exhaust system, Sprint P08) on stock ignition timing.
Thanks from royal

And the upmaps provided from ducati/termi is on the rich side not lean.

I'm just hoping if there's a problem in the ecu that when they switch back to the stock map and settings, then "choose" the racing evo map again it'll refresh itself. It feels lean from 4-8k rpm now. And it used to be rich and "pop" when I used the DQS up,now full throttle is weak until around 8-9k... my peak hp was only down 7 hp so it's not horrible on the top end. It's from 4-8k that it feels flat. I can see the AF ratio creep to 14.7 for a few thousand rpm on the latest dyno run, where as before it was perfectly flat and around 12.5-13...

I'm still leaning toward a fuel delivery issue of some kind since this all started after I filled up and went for a ride. It's on the 3rd full tank since then. So maybe when they install the fuel tank off the showroom bike it will answer the question about the filter (and prefilter) as well as the fuel pump being the issue. From there it leaves 1 or more injectors, software,or 02 sensors really...

Any thoughts??

Sounds like a fuel delivery issue (clogged/faulty injector, clogged filter), or O2 sensors to me...

Is there a way to tell without actually looking in the air box to see if both throttle bodies are opening all the way & in sync? It feels so pronounced of a difference that even sounds different on WOT..sounds throaty, but doesn't pull until above 8k.: and also 0-25% throttle it just feels weak and seems lean. Now since yesterday, the idle hangs fi a second while coming to a light. Just a couple hundred rpm,but hangs high, then drops to normal..

Tuneboy indicates TPS feedback, and the balance curve...
