Messed up my lap

Finally attended a trackday where I could use my gopro at my local track. Got a bad headshake that put me off just over half way through the lap, but before that it was fair enough. But I can show you my playground, and that's something isn't it?

Oh, and inputs are appreciated, looking to slice into the 1:29s next season. Current PB is 1:31.8

I'll see if I got a cleaner lap somewhere when get my DDA stick out!

We went onto the track at 7:20 pm. You can even see some tiders using tinted visors

We live in Norway, so we all have working headlights

Class track , what is it called ?

What do you think caused the head shake ? I had a full practice day set aside to get this sorted but high sided 1st session so cant prove my theory for a while .

Indeed it is Rudskogen!

The head shake is one of 2 possibilities: Too much for preload/not enough sag, or too late on the throttle on corner exit. I've ordered stiffer springs and will try that next year, as I also get hints of head shake in pretty much every acceleration zone
