Yea I ended up taking it to GP motorcycles. Cheaper than MotoForza. Although Jason and his crew will be working on my bike soon to do the throttle remap. And they gave me a good deal on a new rear Supercorsa when I got a nail in mine. I'll be dong oil changes myself though haha. Stand to come soon.

After 2 more attempts to have them help me, they did not. So won't be going there ever again. It's a shame cuz it's closest to my house. Oh well, I'll be going to SouthBay Motors where they have common sense.

Sergio, can you let us know what you think of Southbay Motorsports once you have something done there? I have yet to go there personally, but I know of another Ducati owner who says their techs are pretty good and always do little extra things on the bike like adjustments and so forth.

I have posted a few times about my disgust for both GP and Motoforza (same owners) , but I just had my turn signal wiring harness recall done there since they were able to do it in a day turnaround. The new guy who is running the service dept is hands down 1000x better than the last ass clown. I swung by on a Saturday and he said if I brought it in on that Thursday he would have it out that afternoon and how he had a ton of bikes they just got in that needed serviced. The tech called me when it was done and told me he cleaned and lubed the chain and adjusted it. It is the little things that go a long way with me, but it is so hit and miss there that I find that service to be very rare.

LMAO man, I'm so glad to hear I'm not crazy with their very poor customer service. I haven't heard "ass clown" in a long time lol. I am in customer service and yes, you can tow that company line and explain your way out of getting the customer 100% taken care of, OR you can just do what's needed and rarely have fall out after telling your management it was in the name of customer service and keeping an owner happy. Cuz guess where I WILL NOT be buying my next bike, MotoForza or GP.

Funny I bought my bike at SouthBay MotorSports cuz they gave me a killer deal but they're so far south I haven't been there for service. I've spoken to the service guys and they do seem normal and cool and not all about being a snobby Duc owner (which many of us here are not) who pays $$$ for everything. Rudy, the salesman, is an awesome dude too. Also, they send me discount coupons on gear all the time and even a discount coupon for my first service, but it was well after I had done it already as I commute with the bike and am racking up miles quick.

Like you said, it's a lot of little things. I'll be sure to post when I go down there as I know I will next time.
Thanks from pedrin

I've had decent experiences with Motoforza. I live super close to them in San Marcos, so that is factored in the reason I go there. I haven't had any major work done there, but I do have some warranty items I'm going to take to them, ie burnt plastic near the exhaust. No biggie, but that'll be a good indication how well they treat their clients.
